Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a production operator in Indiana to set up and tend to machines, insert and position materials, and ensure product quality meets standards.

You will adjust machines for size changes or malfunctions, verify setups, and notify the supervisor of errors. You’ll also coordinate with forklift drivers for materials and assist with other duties in the production area. Attention to attendance is stressed.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required for direct hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tend to machines, insert and position materials, and ensure product is of acceptable quality
• Adjust machine for changes in size of product or to correct malfunction
• Verify machines are set up appropriately, and correct errors as necessary
• Ensure product is of acceptable quality, Notify supervisor of any errors
• Communicates with Fork Truck Drivers when new materials are needed
• Assist with various duties in the production department as needed
