RealTruck is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to operate and monitor production machines, ensuring parts meet specifications. You will inspect parts, follow the production schedule, and perform setup activities for proper startup while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to KPI metrics for safety, quality, and efficiency, and collaboration with leads and supervisors to sustain continuous production throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment recommended.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to ensure continuous production at a steady rate and high quality.
• Performs in-process inspections of parts to meet visual quality standards.
• Produces parts in the correct quantity per the production schedule.
• Performs pre-operation checks to ensure proper equipment startup.
• Maintains cleanliness and 5-S standards in the work area.
