Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Mason, OH is seeking a Machine Operator II for the Night Shift (6:48pm-7:00am, 2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend). Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential for nights. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match) begin day one.

Responsibilities include operating plastic blow molding machines, performing mold changes, and maintaining safety, quality and efficiency. Strong attendance and reliability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and at high quality.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Conduct on-time quality checks against established standards.
• Assist maintenance and other operators as needed.
• Complete required documentation in a timely, orderly manner.
