Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator I for the night shift in Mason, Ohio. The role operates 6:48pm–7:00am on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule, handling multiple blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely and at high quality.

You will follow strict safety, health, and GMP standards, perform mold changes, adjust processing, and help drive continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable, punctual attendance required.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies.
• Perform mold, insert, and color changes on the line.
• Assist in basic processing and improve machine efficiency to reduce scrap.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete documentation on time.
• Coordinate with shift supervisor to align production staff with line objectives.
• Provide training support to new Operators.
• Limited travel may be required.
