Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time production role in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential available from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The position involves setting up equipment, monitoring line speeds, performing quality checks, and completing required paperwork in a fast-paced plant. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical labor in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds and batch formulas; monitor production rates and equipment operation.
• Complete quality checks and required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) per SAP/SOP guidelines.
