Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Texas is hiring for a full-time 3rd shift production associate. You will set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper startup, control line speeds and batch production, and help maintain safety and product quality. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Overtime or weekends may be required. We offer weekly Friday pay, up to 2 weeks PTO in first year, holidays and personal days, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand/walk on concrete.
Able to work overtime or weekends based on plant scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper startup.
Control line speeds and batch production rates, start/stop equipment, ensure product quality and safety.
Perform quality checks and complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP).
Utilize SAP SOPs and Safety operation training as appropriate.
