Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 3rd shift at the Troy, IL facility. Core hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., with potential overtime.

Salary starts at $24.87/hr plus a $0.50 shift differential; wage progression reaches $26.61/hr after 10 months. Benefits include health and retirement plans, parental leave, educational assistance, wellness reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• No immigration sponsorship is offered for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Troy, IL will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal fabrication machines and read shop orders and drawings.
• Perform quality checks and use calibration equipment as needed.
• Work with steel and aluminum sheet metal; run brake press, flanger, roller, and hand tools.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures; participate in training as required.
