Qualifications

• Overtime may be required.
• Location within 50 miles of Troy, IL.

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging and assembly tasks according to production standards across departments (Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout).
• Set up materials and components in alignment with shop order specifications.
• Stack, band, and secure parts for safe handling and transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with workstation setup.
• Create barcodes and accurately label finished products.
• Cut material using a band saw and follow all safety procedures.
