Job summary

Belmark Inc. is seeking a specialty finishing operator at our De Pere, Wisconsin facility. You will set up and run high-speed converting assets, and you will label and stage cases for pallet handling while ensuring product quality attributes are met.

The position emphasizes safety, strong attendance, and adherence to food safety guidelines. Overtime may be required; lifting up to 100 pounds may be necessary. A pre-employment drug test is required if offered the position.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Must read, write, understand and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance is required and overtime may be needed.
• Must be able to use a ruler and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and support food safety culture.
• Maintain superior attendance and punctuality.
• Operate and set up multiple high-speed converting assets.
• Case pack finished product and label cases for pallet staging.
• Ensure product quality attributes are met during converting.
• Perform quality tests and assist with material staging.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
