Job summary

Belmark Inc is hiring for specialty finishing operators in Wisconsin. You will set up and operate high-speed converting assets, following safety and food-safety guidelines to ensure quality products for our customers.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, adherence to procedures, and accurate case packing and labeling on pallets, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance is required; overtime may be needed.
• Must use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers.
• Visual must discern colors and registration in quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and support Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Maintain good attendance and reliability.
• Perform tasks following safety guidelines at all times.
• Comply with Belmark operating procedures and food safety requirements.
• Case pack finished product.
• Ensure product quality attributes during converting process.
• Prepare and label cases on pallets.
• Stage raw materials.
• Perform quality tests.
• May take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
