Job summary

Belmark Inc. seeks a hardworking Machine Operator for a 3 days on, 4 days off 12-hour shift at Plant 5 in Wisconsin. The role involves setting up and operating high-speed converting assets, packaging finished goods, and performing quality checks.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English.
• Regular attendance and overtime may be required.
• Must use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks following established procedures and work instructions.
• Case pack finished product and ensure quality attributes.
• Label cases, stage raw materials, and perform quality tests.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
