Job summary

Belmark Inc. is seeking a specialty finishing operator to join our team in Wisconsin. You will set up and operate multiple high-speed converting assets to add value for customers, including case packing, labeling, and quality checks.

We value reliability and attention to detail as well as adherence to food safety guidelines. This position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package with on-site health services.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance; overtime may be required.
• Must be able to use a ruler, calculator and hand tools.
• Ability to see colors and details; color/registration awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain excellent attendance.
• Perform tasks following safety guidelines; operate multiple high-speed converting assets.
• Comply with operating procedures and quality requirements.
• Case packing finished product; label and stage cases.
• Perform quality tests and prepare pallets for shipping.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
