Job summary

Belmark in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd shift operator to set up and run high-speed converting assets. You will follow safety procedures, maintain attendance, and ensure product quality from start to finish.

The role requires basic math, reading/writing English, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with match, and paid holidays from day one.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance and possible overtime.
• Use ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
• See colors/registration; color vision required.
• Lift up to 100 pounds; occasional heavy lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Set up and operate multiple high-speed converting assets.
• Case pack finished product and label cases on pallets.
• Stage raw materials and perform quality tests.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
