Job summary

Belmark is seeking a specialty finishing operator in Wisconsin to set up and operate high-speed converting lines, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will perform case packing, labeling, staging raw materials and conducting quality checks to ensure product integrity across the converting process. Strong reading, basic math, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of high school or equivalent experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance; overtime may be required.
• Must use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers.
• Vision requirements: color/registration and close sight.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain Safe Quality Foods compliance.
• Maintain superior attendance and punctuality.
• Follow Belmark operating procedures and work instructions.
• Case pack finished product and label cases on pallets.
• Stage raw materials and perform quality tests.
• Ensure product quality attributes during converting process.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
