Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated, in conjunction with PCORE Electric Co., is seeking a Utility Person for the 3rd shift to safely operate manufacturing equipment and support production in a union environment.

The role offers hands-on production tasks across multiple processes, with training provided during the 1st shift. Candidates must read work instructions, perform basic measurements, and maintain quality while working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, JSAs, and technical drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic measurement skills, including reading and using a standard ruler or tape measure.
• Ability to interpret machine gauges and equipment display readings to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assembling POC and PRC bushings.
• Coating PRC studs.
• Winding cores and cutting foils.
• Cleaning, inspecting, and packaging finished bushing products.
• Assisting with the assembly and preparation of additional bushing components.
