Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator (Utility Person) to support multiple areas of production on the second shift. You will operate production equipment under supervision, follow safety guidelines, and help maintain consistent quality throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include assembling components, coating and finishing, winding cores, cleaning and packaging, and assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines and drawings.
• Basic measurement skills using a ruler or tape measure.
• Comfort interpreting machine gauges and equipment displays for quality production.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a second-shift manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble POC and PRC bushings.
• Coat PRC studs and perform related finishing processes.
• Wind cores and cut foils.
• Clean, inspect, and package finished products.
• Assist with additional assembly and production tasks as needed.
