Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Utility Person for PCORE Electric Co. on the 3rd shift to support production by safely operating manufacturing equipment and following established procedures and quality standards.

Training is provided during the 1st shift, with opportunities to develop skills across multiple machines in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include assembling bushings, coating studs, winding cores and cutting foils, inspecting and packaging finished products, and

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, JSAs, and technical drawings with accuracy.
• Basic measurement skills using a ruler or tape measure.
• Ability to interpret machine gauges and readings to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Self-motivated with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Fork truck certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assembling POC and PRC bushings.
• Coating PRC studs.
• Winding cores and cutting foils.
• Cleaning, inspecting, and packaging finished bushing products.
• Assisting with the assembly and preparation of additional bushing components.
