Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Utility Person for PCORE Electric Co., operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently on 1st shift. You will gain cross-training across multiple machines while helping maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

The role offers hands-on production tasks, with training provided and opportunities to develop a broad skill set within a union facility. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, JSAs, and technical drawings.
• Basic measurement skills using ruler or tape measure.
• Ability to interpret machine gauges and readings for quality and efficiency.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Fork truck certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assemble POC and PRC bushings.
• Coat PRC studs.
• Wind cores and cut foils.
• Clean, inspect, and package finished bushings.
• Assist with assembly of additional components.
