Job summary

Resthaven is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for 3rd shift. Sign-on bonuses apply ($10,000 for FT, $5,000 for PT for LPN; $15,000 for FT, $7,500 for PT for RN). LPN/RN provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and manage resident care with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Successful completion of State Board licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or senior care preferred.
• Maintain nursing licensure active with CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement resident care plans.
• Administer medications and pain management interventions safely.
• Monitor health status: vitals, wound care, skin integrity.
• Document and report changes in resident condition promptly.
• Follow physician orders accurately within timeframes.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and charting.
• Ensure infection control and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care teams.
