Job summary
Resthaven is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for 2nd shift. We offer sign-on bonuses of $10,000 for full-time LPN and $15,000 for full-time RN, with prorated bonuses for part-time roles.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
- Active Michigan LPN/RN licensure.
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred.
- Willingness to work 8- or 12-hour shifts.
- Commitment to continuing education and licensure requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and implement resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor health status and vital signs with assessments.
- Document and report changes in resident condition promptly.
- Lead and support CNA and care staff while ensuring teamwork.
- Deliver shift reports to maintain continuity of care.
- Float between units to meet staffing needs.
