Job summary

Resthaven in Holland, Michigan is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) for 1st shift. Sign-on bonuses of $10,000 for full-time LPN and $15,000 for full-time RN (partial bonuses for part-time). Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN with 8- and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program.
• Current Michigan LPN/RN license.
• Experience in geriatric or elderly populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement resident care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and pain management.
• Monitor health status, vital signs, wounds, skin integrity.
• Document changes and communicate with care teams.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and charting.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support CNA and clinical staff as needed.
• Deliver shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
