Job summary
Resthaven in Holland, Michigan, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) for 2nd shift. Sign-on bonuses of $10,000 for FT LPN, $5,000 for PT; RN offers $15,000 for FT, $7,500 for PT. 8- and 12-hour shifts available across FT, PT, and PRN schedules.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program
- Successful completion of State Board of Nursing licensure
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and execute individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and pain management interventions
- Monitor health status, including assessments and vitals
- Document accurately in the EHR and report changes
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality care
- Lead and support CNAs and other staff as needed
- Deliver thorough shift reports and ensure continuity of care
