Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation is hiring an LPN for a PRN night shift at the Covenant location in Michigan. You will support the Nursing department under the supervision of the RN, administering medications (non-IV), monitoring vitals, assisting with activities of daily living, and documenting care to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan LPN license required.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Completion of pharmacology course preferred (NAPNES).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications as ordered (excluding IV).
• Documentation of care and vitals per policy.
• Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment.
