Qualifications

• Licensure: Registered nurse in the state of Michigan.
• Education: Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Certification as a Registered Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN) is encouraged for all Mary Free Bed RNs.
• CRRN requirement: nurses must pursue CRRN certification by their 3rd anniversary.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the scope of your license, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate care with non-licensed staff through delegation and follow-up.
• Participate in data collection and documentation audits for quality improvement.
• Promote patient safety and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
