Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active LPN license in the state.
• Must possess and maintain CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric population preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and services within the scope of practice.

• Direct day-to-day nursing functions and ensure staffing adequacy.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered, following the 5 rights.
