Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents within license scope and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily nursing activities and shift staff to ensure quality care.
• Lead by example and promote Mary Free Bed Values in interactions with residents and staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain resident care plans and safety.
• Assist in staff development, training, and performance coaching.
• Complete and file required records upon admission, transfer, or discharge.
