Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time 36-hour weekly night shift (7pm–7am) in the Med Surg 2E unit at Atrium Health Lincoln. Responsibilities include direct patient care, data collection, and timely communication with the RN. Requires LPN license and BLS certification within 6 months.

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per policies and standards.
• Assist with assessment by collecting and documenting patient data.
• Detect significant changes and report to the RN.
• Assist with care plan development and implementation.
• Support patient teaching per the plan of care.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses.
