Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required for specialty areas.
• 1 year of clinical patient care experience preferred in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications under RN supervision.
• Participate in the nursing process: data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Document objective and subjective data, and communicate patient responses.
• Perform phlebotomy and ensure safety, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance.
• Contribute to care plans and coordinate with the healthcare team.
