Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a part-time Staff LPN for the Mansfield Hospital Inpatient Rehab Unit. The role covers night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with two 12-hour shifts per week, plus weekend and holiday rotations.

The LPN provides nursing care, delegates tasks, and collaborates with the health care team while ensuring patient safety and quality care. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio LPN license, a current BLS certification, and completion of the Ohio Board of Nursing medication

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; BLS certification.
• LPN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• Medication administration course completion per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel per state statutes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Participate in process improvement and patient advocacy initiatives.
