Job summary

University Hospitals Beachwood Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts in the rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process under RN supervision and participate in assessments, pain management, and care planning.

Qualified candidates must hold Ohio LPN licensure and CPR/BCLS; ACLS is preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Ohio.
• CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of medications and correct administration.
• Performs patient care for rehab inpatients including geriatric patients.
• Under RN supervision, assists with assessments and updates care plans.
• Performs timely and accurate quality assessments.
• Carry out the plan of care and update the interdisciplinary team.
