Qualifications

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• RN license issued by Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status and plan nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure outcomes aligned with patient needs.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed.
• Participate in process improvement to improve quality and satisfaction.
