Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Background check as required by state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and supervise physicians and nurses as directed.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Document interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Administer medications via IM, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulization, and MDI routes.
• Observe patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Contribute to the patient care plan and identify priorities.
• Educate patients and families and aid in rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate data in hospital computer systems.
• Support in patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Work as part of a team and adapt to varying shifts, including weekends/holidays.
