Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (state-issued) or multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• State and federal background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the patient’s plan of care and as directed by the overseeing role.
• Perform designated therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Observe, record and report patient concerns, symptoms, reactions and progress promptly.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures as assigned.
• Contribute to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting and recording data.
• Accurately document nursing interventions and responses to care.
