Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care per the patient plan of care or as directed by the overseeing role.
• Performs designated therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Observes, records and reports patient concerns, symptoms, and progress promptly.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures as assigned.
• Contributes to nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording data.
• Monitors patient condition and reports deviations to the overseeing role.
• Participates in developing the patient plan of care and supporting measures.
• Educates patients and families and supports rehabilitation per teaching plan.
• Documents nursing interventions and responses to care for the health care team.
