Job summary

Northpoint Idaho is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening and weekend schedule in Meridian, ID. The LPN will oversee medical services, coordinate treatment plans, and work under supervision to ensure high-quality patient care for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement discharge plans.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Idaho LPN license in good standing.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current and nationally accredited.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and document observations for the team.
• Administer medications and participate in patient education.
• Maintain a safe environment and report repair needs.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and care transitions.
• Document assessments, plans, and progress in the patient record.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
