Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Part-Time Weekend Swing at Northpoint Idaho in Meridian. You will support the medical services for a caseload of patients and coordinate treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Idaho.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• 21+ years of age required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical services for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Coordinate treatment and discharge plans with multidisciplinary team.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality per policy.
