Job summary

Northpoint Idaho is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time coverage in Meridian, ID. The RN will coordinate medical services for a caseload of adults in inpatient treatment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment and discharge plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Idaho, is CPR certified, andComfort with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).
• Commitment to licensure upkeep and ongoing education.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and report observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to ensure safety.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans.
• Develop treatment and discharge plans with the treatment team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Record vital signs and document in patient records.
• Comply with applicable laws and licensure requirements.
