Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking an LPN for a part-time weekend swing in Meridian, Idaho. The role includes medication administration, patient education, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team in an inpatient setting.

The LPN will work under supervision to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient conditions, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding HIPAA and care standards. Weekend schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 4pm-11pm, with evening-hour flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of service (Idaho).
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current and nationally accredited.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and teams.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Observe patients, document findings, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and vital sign collection.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA policies.
