Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and coordinate care plans, initiate interventions, and ensure appropriate medical management.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and update plans as needed.
• Delegate tasks to UAPs when appropriate and supervise their work.
• Participate in process improvement, support patient advocacy, and contribute to a safe, efficient care environment.
