Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff LPN for the evening shift (1pm–1:30am), full-time, 36 hours per week. Requires current Ohio LPN license and BLS; 1+ year experience preferred. Provides nursing care, collaborates with the health care team, and supports coordination of patient care. No supervisory duties; regular weekend/holiday coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Ohio license (LPN) and maintain BLS certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Evening shift with 36 hours weekly.
• No supervisory responsibilities, supports care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments and document findings.
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans with the health care team.
• Delegate tasks to UAPs and supervise when appropriate.
• Participate in process improvement and ensure patient safety.
