Cape Cod Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced LPN to join our compassionate team overnight. You will provide patient care, follow treatment plans, administer medications with accuracy, and document care per policy.

Qualified candidates hold an active MA LPN license, BLS CPR, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting. We offer competitive hourly pay, shift differentials, a sign-on bonus, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
