Cape Cod Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (11p–7a) in Massachusetts. The role offers daily pay and a $12,000 sign-on bonus, with competitive hourly wages from $42 to $51 all-inclusive.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA required with no encumbrances.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with physician plans and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per physician orders and facility policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.
