Cape Cod Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in a 135-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes, and work closely with licensed nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
