Qualifications

• Active MA RN license and BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician and care plans.
• Follow Nurse Manager plans and care protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team.
• Document accurately and timely per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
