• Ensure DOT compliance for drivers and maintain certifications.
• Manage databases for transportation activities and generate reports.
• Coordinate dispatch, loading, and payroll operations.
• Support internal and external partners to resolve service disruptions.
• Apply Lean principles to streamline logistics operations and reduce waste.
• Maintain fleet and equipment records and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure safety protocols and incident reporting are followed.
• Input data to create reports on delivery and order statistics.
