Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night shift warehouse and transportation operations.
• Dispatch drivers and manage delivery routes for on-time performance.
• Monitor daily transportation schedules and adjust routes in real time as needed.
• Oversee warehouse workflow for productivity, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers, staff, and customers during the night shift.
• Resolve operational issues quickly while minimizing delays and maintaining service levels.
• Assist with employee scheduling, labor planning, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Track shipments and communicate updates to teams and customers.
• Complete operational reports and maintain documentation.
• Use Excel and company software to monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
