Responsibilities

• Train and ensure supervisors and associates are competent and aligned with objectives.
• Supervise logistics ops including service, loading/unloading, dispatch, and documentation.
• Monitor performance and manage hours to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct observations.
• Support continuous improvement and customer-focused goals.
• Plan fleet assignments and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
