Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of drivers at a single location. You will oversee daily tasks, scheduling, and customer service operations to meet company goals and cost objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement in a dynamic logistics environment. The position offers a Sunday-Wednesday schedule with 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) and a salary range of $56,200 to $74,500, with bonus eligibility based on performance

• Assist in hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions when required.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with policies.
