Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks including driver deliveries, loading/unloading of trailers, and customer service operations.
• Supervise processes and people, schedule workforce and equipment, and manage performance including corrective actions up to written warning.
• Involved in hiring and attendance management; conduct team meetings and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements; coordinate with drivers and customers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer goals and cost objectives.
