Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Workflow Coordinator for the Supply Chain Operations team in the United States. This role supports inventory management, inbound/outbound analysis, and SAP/EWM processing, ensuring on-time completion of all customer orders and efficient freight flow.

Shift is Monday-Friday, 11 PM–7:30 AM. Responsibilities include workload distribution via SWOP/SAP EWM, yard moves with PINC, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Associates Degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
• Able to use systems technology and software applications (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
• Able to communicate clearly via phone, email.
• Must exhibit a high degree of urgency and commitment to resolve transaction errors with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operations in the form of workload assignment using SWOP/SAP EWM for inventory, IB/OB functions.
• Utilizing PINC/SWOP for yard and trailer moves and dock alignment.
• Perform periodic audits on PINC, BOL, ICC and Quality; ensure BOL filing accuracy.
• Communicate workload status to stakeholders for daily objectives.
• Resolve flow issues and guide frontline staff to minimize downtime.
• Compile daily workload and carrier status reports for outbound appointments.
• Support inventory control and various operational initiatives.
